Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at UniBuddi. We want to ensure that your shopping experience has been a positive one and that you are completely satisfied with your purchases!
We recommend you read the following information prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on exchange and refunds. We also recommend that you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our service desk, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Please be informed that:
- Tracking numbers will be provided once an item has been purchased.
- Ready-stock items will be packed within 1-3 business days after an order is placed, which does not include weekends and Public Holidays.
- Should one or more Products be out of stock after the order being made, we will inform the Customer by e-mail and will carry out the ordered product by the Customer.
- Customer will only be entitled to receive the full refund of the lacking Product or Products’ Price, in case of advance payment.
- The Customer is responsible for keeping a copy of the purchase order confirmation, sent by firstname.lastname@example.org to the e-mail address provided by the same Customer during the registration on the Site.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
Please accept our sincerest apologies if you have experienced this. Kindly reach out to our friendly Customer Service at email@example.com within 48 hours of parcel delivery so that we can make things better!
Be sure to include the following details:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Order number
- Name & brief detail of item(s) involved
- For damaged/incorrect items, please include a photo for verification & confirmation.
Please be informed:
- Replacement ready-stock items will be packed within three to five (3-5) business days upon confirmation.
- Replacement customised items will be packed up to fourteen (14) business days upon confirmation.
- You may be required to return any incorrect / damaged item(s) to us. Please send the item(s) to the following address:

- If an item is not in stock OR is no longer available, we will refund the value of the item to you. Our Customer Service may reach out to you for further information.
